Dialogs

 from my novels

k
The dialogs presented here are selected almost exclusively from my series of 12 novels, The Lodging for the Rose. The entire series carries a single story.  The dialogs are not presented in sequence, so as not to spoil the overall story flow.

The dialogs are presented as videos, but they are not acted out. The are told against the background of my nature photography. The intention of the presentation is, not to guide anyone, but to pull individuals, and thereby nations, out of the traps of small-minded thinking, by the power of their own humanity.

The novels themselves are designed to open up the horizon of civilization to a New World, the kind of world where we can act as human beings, with the care and love towards one-another that can serve as a foundation for meeting the Ice Age Challenge that is now upon us. The challenge is to prepare us for the Sun going inactive 30 years into the future with a 70% loss of its radiated energy. This requires enormous efforts in infrastructure building in the tropics where agriculture will likely remain possible.

By becoming able to reach a hand across the table, heart to heart, contrary to the countless divisions that presently isolate us, we will likely find the strength to survive in the changing world when much of the world that is presently populated becomes uninhabitable within weeks and months in 30 years.

In order to highlight the wide arena of the challenges now before us, I am matching the selected stories as contrasting pairs. Hopefully this type of focusing will ultimately enable us to rescue ourselves as a civilization by building the much needed high-level cultural platform that creates an up-raised, active humanity, that will enable us to accomplish the huge physical tasks for meeting the human need in am Ice Age World.

The second of the pair is 2-part video
