Deadly Deductive Logic

Here we touch upon a critical scientific issue that has become a life and death determining factor for the whole of humanity.

In the early 1600s the German astronomer Johannes Kepler created a revolution in astronomy that gave a new direction to science. For almost two millennia astronomy had been imprisoned by a philosophically induced doctrine that imposed the concept that all the observed motions in the heavens had to follow the course of perfect circles. With the Earth having been corrupted by men, the reasoning was that the heavens had to be perfect, and with the circle being a perfect geometric form, this form had to be the basis for all phenomena in heaven. But no such circular motions were observed. Thus in order to conform to the doctrine, epicycles were imagined with centers that were riding on the line of underlying circles, which themselves were centered on a imaginary point in space between the Earth and the Sun. (see illustration)

Kepler questioned the logic that orbiting planets had any way of knowing where the imaginary centers of the circles would be that they would orient themselves to. He questioned the entire logic that reasoned backwards from a doctrine. On this basis, by stepping away from the 'prison' of deductive logic, he discovered that an actual physical cause exists that by its principles is reflected in the observed motions of the planets of the solar system. He discovered the principles of gravitational attraction and gravity bound motions that are reflected in the movement of the planets. With his breakout from deductive logic to the wider horizon of discovery, Kepler changed the face of astronomy. To the present day the physical laws that he discovered are reflected in astronomical calculations, including the calculations of ballistic and  space-flight trajectories.

Ironically, now that modern technology and spaced based observations have enabled us to see more of our universe than ever before, especially as we explore the nature of our galaxy, we are faced with the same old paradox again. This time the paradox is imposed by the doctrine that all celestial motions, including the motions of stars, must be discerned as gravity bound orbital motions around a very large central mass, like planets orbiting a sun. The paradox is that the observed stellar motions do not reflect the laws of the gravitational dynamics. Kepler discovered that the more distant planets orbit the Sun at a slower speed than those that are closer. He developed from this discovery his Third Law of Planetary Motions. The difference in orbital speeds that reflect this law in our solar system is large. The speed-difference is almost 10:1 between the innermost and outermost planets. (see illustration)

The difference in the orbital speeds results from the natural characteristic of the force of gravity that diminishes with the square of the distance. This means that the Sun has a weaker hold on the more distant planets. This also means that the centrifugal force of the planet's orbit must be correspondingly weaker, or else the planet would escape the solar system. Herein lies the paradox, because the stellar motions do not follow the laws of orbital motions. In fact, the opposite is being observed in the space of the galaxy. The innermost stars move at the slowest speed, and the outer stars at the fastest speeds. (see illustration)

The paradox has put astrophysics into a quandary, because there is no solution possible that can be derived on the basis of deductive logic. Deductive logic is typically backwards focused from a priori-doctrine of assumptions. Deductive logic has imagined an extremely gigantic super massive black hole existing at the center of a galaxy to have a hold on stars over a distance of many hundreds of light years moving at very high speeds. And since the imagined black hole is not enough, no matter how massive it is imagined to be, to make the result accord with the doctrine of orbiting stars, another fudge factor is imagined, such as dark matter that no one can see that is deemed to alter the mass balance of the galaxy. But this too isn't enough to make the doctrine work out. The visible evidence itself, of the various types of spiral shapes of galaxies defy the doctrine that a galaxy is an orbital system. It is acknowledged that if a galaxy was a system of orbiting stars, like a solar system, it would have the shape of a featureless homogenous haze instead of the well-defined spiral forms that we see. (see illustration)  The answer in deductive logic is, that what we see is an illusion created by wave actions in the orbits that form zones of congestions that give the appearance of spiral structures. (see illustration) Thus astrophysics has boxed itself in with the same trap of deductive logic based on the priori-doctrine that had boxed astronomy in for two millennia. In the modern case, the doctrine is the doctrine of orbiting star systems.

Deductive logic is a trap in that it looks backwards from a barrier that creates a paradox. Only the intentional process of discovery of the unknown that subdues deductive logic, allows the mind to look over the top of the barrier of the paradox to discern the underlying causality for the paradox. Kepler's breakthrough reflects this type of a higher-level process, which is really the heart of all science. Science is the process of discovery. Deductive logic is useful for creating technologies that apply the discoveries of new principles in science, but it isn't the driver for advanced discoveries.

The discovery that got astrophysics over the barrier of its paradox is the discovery that the known principles of the electromagnetic force are reflected on the very large scale as the ordering force of the galactic system, and also the intergalactic system. In this context the scientific pioneer in plasma physics, Hannes Alfven, can be seen in the same position for electrodynamic astrophysics that Johannes Kepler occupies in the field of gravitational dynamic astronomy.

Electrodynamic astrophysics defines a system of forces that reflect vastly more-powerful principles than gravitational attraction. The gravitational dynamics are limited to the 'intimate small space' of a solar system by the nature of the force of gravity that diminishes with the square of the distance. It has been discovered by plasma physicists that the electromagnetic force of the universe - the strongest force with an 'infinite' reach - is 36 orders of magnitude 'stronger.' It became evident that the discovered motions of stars in a galaxy accord perfectly with the principles of the electromagnetic forces that produce different characteristics in motions than gravity, such as the twisting circular motions that are observed in Birkeland currents. (see illustration) Birkeland currents are electric currents free-flowing in the form of electric plasma.  They have been discovered to be pervading all space. 

Discoveries by researchers at the Los Alamos National Laboratory caused their perception that the so-called empty outer space isn't empty by any means, that in fact 99.999% of all mass of the universe exists in the form of plasma, which carries an electric charge, of which almost all is pervading so-called empty space in gigantic current flows extending across a billion light years, if not more, intertwined into large networks of such electric plasma currents.

There is much evidence visible that our sun is electrically powered at its surface as the electric plasma in space becomes attracted to it by the solar gravity and interacts with its atmosphere, in this case the solar photosphere. A wide range of evidence exists for this discovery. For example, if one looks at the sunspots on the face of the Sun, which are areas where the photosphere has ruptured, one can see that the lower layers below the photosphere are much darker than the surface. Doesn't this indicate that the Sun is cooler inside, which means that it isn't heated from the inside by nuclear fusion, but is heated on the outside by electric interactions. This is significant for understanding the Ice Age dynamics. It is significant in that it tells us that the Sun is functioning as a galactic electric energy converter. As such it would be extremely responsive to changes in the density of the electric currents driving the process. That this is so is clearly evident in the 11-years solar cycles. Over the timeframes of these cycles the Sun's brightness in the EUV band varies by a factor of 20. (see illustration) The cyclical variance is also indicated in the changing number of sunspots, which are also noticeable on earth in the form of climate fluctuations. The 11-year solar cycles thus come to light as electric intensity cycles within the space of the solar heliosphere, which is a type of electric plasma sphere created by the Sun around the solar system a long distance past Pluto. Since electric systems have resonating characteristics, the 11-year solar cycle would be the heliospheric resonance respective to its larger size.

Since the Sun is a variable factor as an electric energy converter, large fluctuations of its energy output is an inherent characteristic of the type of system it is. The energy-density fluctuations are also reflected in the changing strength of the heliosphere and its efficiency in attenuating the galactic cosmic-ray flux reaching the Earth, which affects our weather by affecting the cloud forming processes.  Evidently the ice  ages also  result from large-scale energy fluctuations in the solar system, affecting the Sun, causing natural energy-output fluctuations on the corresponding scale. Ice ages are nothing more than the effect of solar input energy density fluctuations of the type that we see reflected in the 11-year solar cycles, except that the electric resonances that cause the longer-duration Ice Age cycles, are resonances produced by larger-scale systems with galactic dimensions. However, electric systems, especially when they are influenced by several interacting operating systems, have the ability to change rapidly and in a non-linear fashion. 

This factor makes the discovery of  the electrodynamic nature of astrophysics extremely important for the whole of humanity, because it enables the recognition of many Ice Age precursors that would otherwise be ignored, such as the dramatic changes in weather patterns that we now see, and the dramatic increase in drought conditions that are already affecting our agriculture, and also the sharp increases in earthquakes that has occurred since 1998. Further we see increases in noctilucent clouds, together with a dramatic weakening of the Earth's magnetic field, happening. These are all lawful effects of a single astrophysical cause that reflects a weaker energy input for the Sun and for the solar system as a whole. 

If society remains blind to the electrodynamic astrophysics that cause these phenomena then it remains also blind to the transition dynamics to the next Ice Age glaciation cycle that these phenomena are a part of. The resulting blindness leads to a great tragedy when it inhibits the necessary steps that are required for protecting humanity's food supply by relocating its agricultural base out of the Ice Age affected regions into the tropics where it would remain save under the coming extreme conditions. (see illustration)

Without the recognition of the nature of the rapidly changing climates that we now see, as normal features in the universe of electrodynamic astrophysics, humanity cannot see the Ice Age precursors that reflect these dynamics, so that the necessary preparations for protecting the global food supply will not be made. This is where we are today. This tragedy is already unfolding. While the world is focusing on economic collapse, imperial terror, financial disintegration, and a potential nuclear war, the greatest danger to the existence of humanity remains unaddressed as the result of this scientific blindness.

Then, when the Ice Age transition dynamics rapidly disable much of the world's agriculture in the vulnerable regions, especially in the North where most of the food is produced, a vast wave of death by starvation and wars over food become unavoidable. When agriculture collapses, food becomes unavailable. Without food humanity dies. The recognition of the electrodynamic causality of the climate dynamics, especially in times of the Ice Age transition that is already upon us, is extremely critical for the recognition of the potentially rapid transitions that are inherent in electric systems that we must prepare for.

The conventional mindset of backward focused deductive logic based on priori doctrines can be a death trap that causes humanity's self-extinction, especially when the doctrines are tragically false, such as the fictional concepts of mechanistic Ice Age causes with long transition periods. This is what the world is presently trapped into by a folly that keeps it focused on fiction instead of responding to the real physical world. Imperial science, which is in real terms a choke-hold on science, has been a major contributing factor to this disabling fiction.

It is interesting to note here that it may not be possible to solve the current great political and existential problems without society breaking the conventional mindset of backward focused deductive logic in the astrophysical realm, where the paradox is simple and easy to see through, in comparison with the paradox of empire; its terror, war, and nuclear war; its looting the world into economic collapse; and its demand for world depopulation. The electrodynamic astrophysical challenge stands before us as a potential training ground for solving our smaller problems along the way. It may well be that our smaller problems cannot be solved individually as isolated problems, which indeed, must be solved before the great existential challenge can be responded to.
